ELLINGHAM and Ringwood Women were crowned champions of Bournemouth 7s plate.
The ladies had a stunning tournament at the bank holiday weekend which led them to success at the prestigious south coast festival.
After tough group games on the Saturday, the Parsonage Barn Lane outfit were unbeaten – and put in particularly strong performances to beat Chichester University in the semi-final and Blackheath in the final.
This was the team’s second successive 7s title, having won the Lytchett 7s last May.
