THERE's something for all fitness fans.

From running an ultra marathon to circular walking routes, Sunday's 5-4-3-2-1 covers a whole host of categories.

Some 1,000 runners/walkers have already signed up to the event, which gets its name from passing through the city's five rivers, four hills, three country estates, two castles and one cathedral.

Steve Way is coming back to defend his 50k ultra marathon record as the course celebrates its 20th anniversary. There's also races in 42k and 33k , with walking routes in 21k, 10k and 5k.

Organiser Ludo Macaulay said: "It's a good standard every year and people really enjoy it."

All money goes to the Fire Fighters charity.
