MARK Jacobs flew the flag for Team GB at the ETU Long Distance Championships in Weymouth on Sunday.
In windy conditions, Jacobs completed the full distance event (3.8k sea swim, 180k bike ride and marathon run) in a 11hours and 58mins.
He said: "I'd like to thank my kit sponsors – Ashbourne, SFC Supporters Club and Knots Therapy – for their support.
Dan and Bridget Colloby raced at Cotswold Water Park Standard Triathlon, which was their first race at this distance.
Dan did 2.59 and Bridget 3.10.
In Anglesey, at the Sandman Triathlon, Egg Cameron and Lizzie Kershaw covered distances of 1000m sea swim, 60k cycle ride and 10k run, finishing in respective times of 3:33 and 4:12.
And Mary Clements raced in the Highworth Triathlon, finishing in a time of 1.59.
This was her first triathlon since completing the STC Intro to Tri course.
The sprint distance race consisted of a 400m swim, 22k bike ride and 5k run.
