PHIL Muspratt claimed a bronze medal at the Derventio Excel Level 1 Open Meet.
The third place finish arrived in the 50m freestyle at the Ponds Forge International Pool.
Across the two days, Muspratt also entered the 50m backstroke where he came tenth and the 100m freestyle, finishing 11th.
Reflecting on the weekend, the Salisbury Stingrays Swimmer told JournalSport: "I was happy with my 50m free, it felt faster than it was.
"Although I was ill last weekend, I was ultimately slightly rested because of the illness.
"I have hit the gym real hard this week so all things considered that was a good swim."
Muspratt is next in action in two weeks' time at the Scottish National Masters Short Course Championships in Aberdeen.
