MERE continue to dominate the Westbrook Mixed Triples Bowls League with wins over Amesbury and Salisbury.
Their nearest rivals are Sherfield English with Downton in third place. Cranborne mustered a 10-4 win against Alderbury which moved them away from rock-bottom Tisbury.
Sixpenny Handley, although lower down the pecking order in eighth, have played three fewer games than Mere and have lost only one.
They go head-to-head this week.
