BIG scores were holed at the Tidworth Garrison club and junior championship.

Over the two-days last month, Max Wrixon posted a score of 152 to clinch the junior title - one of three triumphs - ahead of runner-up Harry Moule (155).

The club champion was Matt Redgrave, a former junior, hitting 140, while Max came third with a score of 136.

Max was in the thick of things again, this time in The Foster/Powell Knock Out. He reached the final and went onto beat junior captain Callum Duff.

The two were then paired together in the captain's day which they won with a score of 45.

Max's brother, Dean, and his partner Dan Dimond, both former juniors, were third with 44 points.

There was also an 18 hole stableford competition which was won by Elliot Taylor with 41 points and Jack Murn was runner-up with 39 points.

Academy members also played for the nine hole trophy, played from the blue tees and the winner was Ayden Knight (57) with Murray Andrews the runner up on 62.

And in the ladies championship, Mia Law was the winner of the Hyson Salver, with a score of 147.
