SALISBURY Stingrays Masters lifted the Wiltshire Block Championship Trophy after clinching the final event at Five Rivers Leisure Centre.
Stingrays entered the final phase four points adrift of the leaders but soon clawed back the deficit when David Bigglestone notched silver in the 50m breaststroke and freestyle.
The floodgates soon opened and at the final tally the collective score for men and women was 370 points with the nearest team 51 points short.
Among a host of superb times posted came from Chris Jessup, Collete Fear, Sharon Allen and Shirley Seabrook who all took County records. Carol Vaughan and Jessup ended the year being the highest-ranked Salisbury Masters swimmers in the county with 25 and 24 points, respectively.
The Masters train at Five Rivers on a Monday evening at 8pm and at Godolphin School Pool on Wednesdays at 7pm.
