NEWLY-FORMED Salisbury RFC Ladies are urging players to sign-up.
The rugby club, in conjunction with with England Rugby, have launched their new women and girls’ programme - Pitch up and Play.
This session takes place on Friday, November 25 at Castle Road (6.30 pm).
The initiative is to encourage women into the sport with inclusive, enjoyable and informative sessions.
There will also be an introduction to tackling, skills, fitness and matchplay.
Recently-appointed director of ladies rugby, Amanda Foster, is keen to grow the ladies' section.
“I have always been enthusiastic about the game, after being given a rugby ball for my fifth birthday," she said.
"I have been able to secure sponsors, support and create a back up team to allow the players to come and play."
