AN old scholar from Godolphin School wore Team England colours at the Lacrosse World Championships in Scotland.

Hannah Bray, who was deputy head girl in 2013/14, played for her country at the tournament in Edinburgh.

The team scooped a bronze medal after beating Australia in the semi-final. Canada won gold and USA secured silver.

Bray was recently invited to join the England Academy, where her hard work and long hours of training paid off.

Another Godolphin girl was also busy at the tournament Storm Trentham, previously lacrosse coach at Godolphin, who was coaching Wales.
