STARLET Katy Cutler helped Southampton Sirens edge in on promotion to the National League by scoring three hat-tricks in one of two clashes at the weekend.
The South Wilts teenager started the goal frenzy when playing Leeds Hammerheads on Saturday where she was the first Sirens player to hit the net.
The team comfortably increased their lead in each quarter 4-1, 8-2, 11-2, finishing with a 13-3 victory, Katy continuing as Sirens' lead scorer with a hatful of goals.
Returning to the pool on Sunday against Penguin Rockhoppers, Sirens made a slow start by taking a 2-0 lead into the first quarter but then they piled the pressure on and racked up a final score of 21-0 - Katy claiming another personal best with a tally of nine goals.
Sirens have now qualified for the Women's Championship Two Grand Finale Promotion.
Matches will be held in Northampton at the end of January where the top three teams will earn promotion to Division 2.
