ALDERBURY Under-15s progressed to the quarter finals of the Mid Wilts League Cup after knocking out Malmesbury Youth, who are from the division above, in extra time.
Two goals from Harry Schneider and a free kick from Connor Vaughan gave them a comfortable 3-1 lead.
But, with just a few minutes remaining, Malmesbury mustered two further goals to force an additional 30 minutes.
Alderbury showed great courage and excelled in extra time, winning 5-3 courtesy of Schneider completing his hat-trick and Scott England scoring.
