Alana Mercer wins gold for England
HOCKEY stopper Alana Mercer won gold at the UK Games in Loughborough University.
The Salisbury first team keeper, 17, was part of the England Red Girls that revelled in glory at the weekend.
After the team had breezed through the group stage, they smashed England Blue in the final 4-1.
