Jennifer Lawrence is recovering from pneumonia
Jennifer Lawrence joked that her fellow stars were "scared" of her at the Screen Actors Guild Awards - because she was recovering from pneumonia.
The Hunger Games actress has been battling the illness and had to miss the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Awards at the weekend, but was feeling well enough to attend the SAG Awards in Los Angeles, reported Us Weekly.
The 22-year-old joked to E! News host Giuliana Rancic: "Everyone is scared of me. I'm like, I'm fine!"
Jennifer, who scooped an acting gong for her role as a troubled widow in Silver Linings Playbook, went on: "I had walking pneumonia, and it is highly contagious."
The actress also won an accolade at the Australian Academy awards, which was accepted for her by her co-star Jacki Weaver, reported E! News.
"I'm going to receive this on her behalf," Jacki said. "Poor Jen is really sick. She really is sick. She has pneumonia."
