A trampoline act on Britain's Got Talent got off to a bad start when one of its gymnasts ended up in hospital.

Air Gravity, who came second on ITV's Let's Get Gold last year, hoped to impress Simon Cowell and his fellow judges as they leapt between trampolines at the Birmingham auditions.

But one of the gymnasts suffered a dislocated shoulder after he came crashing down when he mistimed a flip, The Sun reported.

Show medics sent him to hospital where he was fixed up and given painkillers.

A source said: "The act was going well and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. They were different to some of the stuff that's been on the show before.

"But, towards the end of the act, one guy bounced from one trampoline to another and grimaced with pain where he landed."
