Ben Affleck's Batsuit will go down well with fans, director Kevin Smith has said.
Kevin, who worked with Ben on six films including Dogma and Jersey Girl, got to see the latest version of the Batman outfit - and said it will not feature any nipples.
The Batsuit will be worn by the Oscar-winning star in Zack Snyder's Man Of Steel sequel.
In his podcast, Hollywood Babble-On, Kevin said: "I saw the Batman costume. More than that I saw a picture of him in the costume."
Kevin, who is also a comic book writer, revealed he "instantly bear hugged" the director after seeing the revamped look.
"I don't want to give anything away because that is up to them and stuff, but I am going to say this: I instantly bear hugged Zack. You have not seen this costume in film before.
"For a comic book fan, it was mind-bending, because every other movie does this Matrix-y black armour thing. There wasn't a single nipple on this fricking suit. I think everyone is just gonna be like 'Holy s***!'."
He added: "I'm already a flag waver for this movie, but the costume, it blew my mind ."
George Clooney has previously mocked his Batman costume.
He told MTV: "The Batsuit was uncomfortable for all of the world. Even little kids come up and kick me. They put nipples on the damn thing. You know, I didn't even know it until the film came out."
Zack's Batman Vs Superman follow-up, which is scheduled for release in July 2015, will see the Dark Knight (Ben) facing off against the Man of Steel (Henry Cavill).
