Tess Daly has revealed the secret behind her svelte post-baby figure - her hectic lifestyle.
The 38-year-old, who gave birth to her daughter Amber in May this year, stunned fans by swiftly shedding the pounds and posing in lingerie last month.
But rather than a crash diet or strict gym routine, she attributes her weight loss to a busy lifestyle and a fast metabolism, telling Heat magazine: "I never sit down, I just don't stop - I can't remember the last time I sat down in front of the TV and put my feet up."
She added: "I'm always running around, and I've got a fast metabolism."
And the Strictly Come Dancing host insisted she was not a gym fanatic, adding: "I don't go to the gym, I do intend to start. I do a bit of yoga and enjoy swimming, but I don't like to sweat at the gym - that's not my idea of fun."
Tess, who is launching her own skincare range Daly Body, said she took great care of her skin.
She told Heat: "I always cleanse, tone and moisturise. Not just my face - I do head to toe every day."
The mother-of-two, who is married to Radio One host Vernon Kay, has recently modelled a range of lingerie from La Senza's new collection for the festive season.
The Steal The Show campaign, which features the presenter in a showgirl setting with top hat and cane, aims to bring together the two sides of every woman - playful and fun, yet glamorous and confident.
It is the presenter's first major lingerie campaign in more than 10 years.
