Amanda Seyfried isn't short of a phobia - she's scared of lifts, 'the unknown' and other women.

The Mamma Mia! star plays alongside Megan Fox in horror comedy Jennifer's Body.

Asked what scared her in real life, she said: "Elevators scare me - just being stuck without a phone service when you're alone."

She continued: "Small spaces are fine, if I'm with someone in an elevator fine, but I will not buy an apartment on the 14th floor of a building that's for sure, I've gotta be able to walk.

"The unknown is very scary.

"I'm scared of a lot of women, certain women because I guess I don't have a lot of confidence in myself, I don't know what it is."

Her co-star Adam Brody however, answered simply: "I don't believe in fear."
