Lady Gaga marked the launch of her first perfume by getting a tattoo done live in front of onlookers.
The pop star, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, appeared in a lifesize scent bottle - a replica of her Fame fragrance bottle - at the launch at New York's Solomon R Guggenheim Museum, wearing a sparkly top, skirt and red wig.
The Bad Romance singer then stripped down to lingerie and posed while having a tattoo done on her neck.
The 26-year-old had prepared for the etching by shaving off the bottom half of the back of her hair earlier this week.
The masquerade black tie event featured a few hundred guests including Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan.
Gaga also debuted a short film for the fragrance in collaboration with director Steven Klein.
Meanwhile, one of the singer's tour DJs, Lady Starlight, has revealed that Lady Gaga enjoys a cup of tea when she's on the road.
"PG Tips are always on the rider. It's the best black tea and she makes sure it's on the list, wherever we play," the rock DJ told The Sun.
A PG Tips spokeswoman said: "We are delighted Lady Gaga has such impeccable taste."
