Surprising portrait of street

I WAS surprised you chose a flag to illustrate the article on ‘Flying the flag for a safe city’ (Journal, February 21).
I would have thought an image of a pile of vomit would be more appropriate, as this is what greeted me at my office in Milford Street on Thursday morning. As usual.
If the people in the picture spent a night in Milford Street they wouldn’t think it so safe and clean.
