Help sought to deliver knitting to charities

I RUN a Knit & Natter group and we knit for various charities but our problem is getting the knitting to the charities without spending all of our funds on postage.
Can anyone help us to deliver to two of our charities? The first is Freedom from Fistula which is in Perth, Scotland and the second is RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer programme) in Pentonville Road, London, N1 9NJ.
I would be very grateful if anyone could help us out at any time.
