I WAS unfortunate enough to be on the 16.22 from Bristol to Salisbury recently, ‘provided’ by the Great Western Railway service.
Work makes me a familiar traveller on the London underground, bus service and South West trains but I was enormously disappointed to find that my previous experiences are commonplace on this peak time service.
Along with the impossiblity of parking after 8am at our station and the threatened closure of long-term parking at our Central car park, I can’t help wondering what Wiltshire Council are doing to get us a better service?
