I CANNOT see what the fuss is all about with the car parking fines. We are either a sloppy illdisciplined bunch of drivers or filthy rich and can afford fines.
In any case, it is a voluntary tax which one can hope will be spent on our potholes. My only parking penalty ticket was for £10, a long time ago, which shows I did learn from the experience.
