WOULD anyone from the council like to inform the residents of Salisbury what is happening to the overgrown, rat-infested former Three Crowns Public House in Lower Street, Harnham?
It is an eyesore and a disgrace for everyone, including visitors to Salisbury, to pass by, while either walking or cycling.
