ON Thursday, April 17 at approximately 12.30pm I had a fall on the road crossing near the library.
My husband and I would like to thank the people who stopped to help - the policeman, the paramedic in the rapid response car, the ambulance crew and the A&E staff at Salisbury District Hospital - for all their help.
Their immediate care and attention, sense of humour and kindness made the whole frightening experience much easier to bear.
Apart from a chipped bone and bruised ankle I am fine.
Again, my most sincere thanks to you all.
Stella Kimberley, Andover
