CAN anyone help? On June 10 I stopped outside Boots, Silver Street, to speak to a lady with a medium-sized white husky-type dog, which had a damaged front paw that it couldn’t use.
I asked the owner what had happened and she implied that the dog’s previous owner was responsible. I also asked if anything could be done to help the dog and the owner said that eventually, the dog’s damaged leg would have to be amputated.
Does anyone know this lady or recognise the description of the dog? I would like to contact her as I think I can help with some information which might mean that this lovely dog doesn’t have to lose its leg.
It may be that this lady and her dog don’t even live in Salisbury, but I thought it was worth trying to find her.
I can be contacted via the Journal.
