SO the Countess Roundabout is a bit of a jungle (or wildlife haven - depends on your viewpoint).

But it is as nothing compared with the permanent monumental eyesore that is Solstice Business Park.

I cringe every time I drive past it for the scar it is on the landscape as visitors approach Stonehenge.

Every time I wonder why insensitive planners and councillors allowed it to be built. What could they have been thinking of?

Personally I sympathise with the Ancestor sculpture, who is clearly taking himself off to more attractive landscapes, and possibly more sensitive peoples, such as at Glastonbury, at every opportunity.
