I refer to the article on the Salisbury Journal website this week regarding changes to residents’ passes for Stonehenge.
English Heritage appears to be riding roughshod once again over this agreement. Last time they imposed the limit of two adults and two children per address and the council took no action.
Now is the time for the council to take action to protect the rights of parishioners and hold English Heritage to the terms of their agreement, or if EH insist on ignoring the agreement to re-instate the rights of way!
