HOW many Salisbury Council workers does it take to put a dustbin in a park?
A month after my initial email there is still a trail of rubbish every morning, and weekends more so.
You need six to eight bins for the skate park and another four to six for the main path. There is a sticker on the side of one bin behind the skate park stating dog owners are liable to a £1,000 fine for not clearing up.... what about enforcing that on the skaters and BMXers?
How would they like it if their skate park was full of dog poo?
The waterway is still full of mud and silt from the flooding, surely you can drive a small digger down and clean it out before the change of season and inevitable rain and rise in water levels?
We live in hope...
