Good idea for parking
LAST week I visited Ceret, in southern France. It has a lovely old centre, a museum of modernist art and lots of restaurants and shops.
As you enter a large sign proclaims: “Parking Free throughout Ceret”.
Ceret seems like a town open for business.
Just saying.
