Fond farewell to Frank Rixon
I WAS very sad to read of the passing of Frank Rixon, a very special man indeed.
I am one of many who collected used stamps and forwarded them to Mr Rixon, pictured above, but am now at a loss to know what to do with them. Is there an address or a person who will carry on his good work?
I would like to continue to contribute.
