WITH reference to the article concerning the use of the Grosvenor House, my wife and I often walk past this once proud Victorian house and wonder if has been left to go derelict.
We're very surprised to read that it going to have money spent on the inside, when the outside is falling apart!
Surely it would be better to renovate the outside so it would protect any money spent on the inside?
