What a mess we will be in. Around our village and Pepperbox are huge piles of flytipping which have been there for months.
When the new hours come in for the tip sites 10am-4pm and the closing of recycling centres for 2 days a week from June flytipping is likely to increase dramatically. Also with the charging for emptying the green bins will worsen the problem by far.
