I am a former employee of Salisbury Arts Centre and find Wilts Council's decision to cut all funding absolutely bizarre. The work the staff and volunteers do is amazing for the local community. Film, dance, workshops, talks, music and much more all affordable and many times free. What is the council's vision for the future of this wonderful city?
