No need for CCTV with so few arrests...
I WOULD just like to say what a fantastic job our beloved police commissioner is doing for this fine city.
Since he was elected we have seen the arrest rate in Salisbury drop dramatically and we have no prisoners locked in cells,so I feel that the council is fully justified in cutting the budget for the cctv because with crime figures like that we obviously do not need them.
Thank god we do not live in say somewhere like Melksham! Their arrests, I hear, are soaring...
