Get your parking fine quashed
ANYONE who received a Penalty Notice Charge for parking in what has always been a two-hour free parking space between June 1-5 should contact the Parking Services Notices Administration on 0300 456 0100 to have the fine quashed, as I had.
The change of parking restrictions should not have come into force until June 6.
This was announced in Salisbury Journal on June 4 under section 16a of the Road Traffic Regulation act 1984, announcing a temporary suspension of the two-hour free parking until September 27.
