£231 cheque for unit
IT was with great pleasure that Curlyhairedjewels recently presented a cheque for £231 to the Salisbury district hospital burns unit.
The money was raised at a pamper night held at the salon on April 1.
As the salon owner, I would like to express thanks to all my clients who were so generous in coming along to the pamper night, buying raffle tickets, mini treatments and donations.
I am very passionate about supporting Salisbury Burns Unit as I suffered burns as a child and still recall the professional and dedicated staff who treated me at that time.
