Feeling that meadows is a done deal
HAS anyone else come away from a meeting with the Longford estate representatives with the impression that whatever objections Salisbury citizens and councillors make to building on low lying ground next to a river, Wiltshire will override them? There was a strong feeling of a “done deal”.
Has nothing been learnt from the misery of the flooding of houses in the winter of 2013/14?
