AS a non-driving pensioner, I find myself in the unfortunate position of having to use the socalled facilities at the Millstream coach stop all year round. During inclement weather the coach stop is full of people like me huddled against various walls because there is no shelter whatsoever. The whole stop requires redecoration, the toilets are disgusting, they smell and are filthy.
The people of Salisbury and visitors deserve better.
While waiting for my coach, I see many tourist coaches arrive and I cringe at the visitors’ comments after using the so called facilities.
What an introduction to your beautiful city. Whoever is responsible for the site clearly sets low standards which they fail to achieve. This apart, and in conclusion, may I commend whoever looks after the hanging baskets on the site, they are a credit.
