Worried for future of NHS
LIKE many other people I am really worried about the junior doctors’ Strike, and wish that Jeremy Hunt would re-open talks and come to a compromise.
I am sure that these doctors would not wish to be on strike; they all speak of their strong desire to care for their patients.
But they are so demoralised that they have been driven to take this action. If the situation is not resolved, I am worried that many of them will seek to find other jobs, very possibly abroad, and then the NHS will be facing an even greater problem.
