HERBERT Phil and Sylvia The other Herberts of Wilton celebrate 65 years of Marriage. Phil and Sylvia Herbert met when they were children. When playing in a park in their home town of Chipping Norton, Phil pushed Sylvia off a swing and then gave her his last Rolo chocolate! They now have two sons, two daughters, 6 grandsons, 6 granddaughters, 4 great granddaughters and 3 great grandsons - with another due in January. This year, Sylvia has already missed out on an 85th Birthday Party and they are now sadly not able to celebrate their Sapphire Wedding Anniversary with family and friends. Plans are afoot for a big get-together in 2021!
