BLAKE Patricia 'Pat' Sadly passed away at Salisbury Hospice after a long illness on 7th October 2019 aged 82 years. Much loved wife to Walt, Mum to Pam and Tracey. Mother in law to Steve and Richard, Nan to Katrina, Julie and Kimberley, Great Nan to Emma, Lucas and Seth. Funeral service to be held at 1.45 pm on 23rd October 2019 at Salisbury Crematorium.
