PARKER George Henry Born 28.12.1938 - 09.09.2020 It is with sadness that the family of George Parker announce his passing on the 9th September 2020. For over 60 years George was involved with local football clubs, initially playing for Bemerton Athletic and ending up, in his later years as President of Bemerton Heath Harlequins. The funeral will take place at Salisbury Crematorium on Friday 25th September 2020 at 2.00pm. Due to Covid restrictions only close family and friends inside the crematorium chapel. However, with George being such a staunch supporter of the local football team for many many years the family have arranged for speakers and screens to be available outside the chapel so people that knew him can feel apart of the service. All donations will be divided between the League of Friends Salisbury Hospital and Bemerton Heath Harlequins.
