STARR Rosemary Rose of Gillingham, previously of Charlton-all-Saints, passed away peacefully on the 9th January 2012 aged 90. Wife to the late Leonard, much loved sister of Bill, beloved mother of Ruth, Edward, Caryl and Robert, adored grandmother and great grandmother aunt and great aunt who will be greatly missed by friends and family alike.
