LAMBERT Geoffrey Sadly passed peacefully away on 5th April 2021 after a short battle with cancer aged 74 years. Much loved Dad, Grandad and Brother will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. Family flowers only please. Such a shock and sadness at hearing of the passing of Geoffrey. My best mate prior to and during our early teenage years. We spent hours fishing together, often where we should not have been, and usually ending the day with a nice trout each to take home. One of our other passions at the time was trainspotting, this during the final few years of steam on the railway.
After I left Tisbury to join the RAF at sixteen we only met up again a few times in the following few years but he will always remain in my memory as a good friend.
My sincere condolences to his family.
