PHELPS Sylvia It is with great sadness that we have to tell you 'Kate' passed away peacefully on the 25th July 2021. Reunited with her husband Bill and Daughter Caroline. She will be missed so much by all her family. Funeral to take place Monday 16th August at St Giles Church Great Wishford at 12.00 noon.
