MEADEN Jacqueline Passed away peacefully at home on 7th September 2021 aged 75 years. Much loved wife of Neil, caring mum to Andrew, Peter and Robert, a dear Mother - in - Law to Clare, Melanie and Emma and an adored Grandma to Jasmine, Amelie, Lucas, Drew, Leah and Zack and a dear sister to Pauline. Family flowers only but donations if desired to the Salisbury Hospice Charity. No Black, bright colours and accessories encouraged.
