GALLAGHER Pauline Passed away 28th February 2019 aged 87. The family would like to thank all who attended her funeral on 21st March and gave a donation to The Dementia Society. She will be loved and missed. A personal thank you to all at Will Case and Partners and Buckland Court for their care and dignity.
