Notice of Public Consultation on draft Basingstoke Golf Course Development Brief Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
Statement of the Representations Procedure
In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, notice is hereby given that the council is inviting representations on the draft Basingstoke Golf Course Development Brief SPD between Thursday 20 June to 4pm on Monday 5 August 2019.
The document has been prepared by the Local Planning Authority to add detail to the policies in the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Local Plan 2011-2029 by providing guidance on how the Basingstoke Golf Course housing allocation site (Policy SS3.11) should be developed in accordance with the relevant Local Plan policies. In accordance with the regulations, the council has a made a copy of the SPD and this statement available:

Representations made will be considered for incorporation into the final version of the document Any representations may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the adoption of the SPD. All comments received will be publicly available and includes on the council's website. Any person who has made representations about the above SPD may withdraw those representations at any time by giving notice in writing to the council either by email or by post at the addresses given above.
