Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Bar Fever [Taunton) Limited in respect of Premises known as Bierkeller (TBK The Cricketers), 15-16 High Street, Taunton,TAI 3PJ applied to Somerset West and Taunton Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To extend the sale of alcohol and regulated enter­tainment {in the form of live musk, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar) to commence at 08.-00 hours every day. (No change to standard terminal hours for existing licensable activities). To add provision of films on Monday to Sunday 07:00 hours until 03:45 hours the following morning and to add provision of indoor sporting events on Monday to Sunday 08:00 hours until 03.-45 hours the following morning. To add non­standard timings for: an additional hour on commencement of British Summertime for opening hours, films and indoor sporting events (already applies to all existing licensable activi­ties); and New Year's Eve to New Year's Day to apply to all licensable activities and opening hours (currently only applies to sale of alcohol). To add new conditions and remove outdated conditions on the premises licence as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority.
