(England) Regulations 2010 The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 12/09/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Station Road, Tisbury; from its junction with The Avenue to its junction with Jobbers Lane; Jobbers Lane, Tisbury; from its junction with Station Road to its junction with Tisbury Row to enable Textureblast to carry out carriageway retexturing. Alternative route: via Tisbury Row - Court Street - The Avenue and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 11 July 2019 will now recommence on 29 August 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 30 August 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Tisbury Row (Part), Tisbury; from its junction with Court Street for a distance of approximately 400 metres in a southerly direction to enable Wessex Water to repair main hole cover and frame. Alternative route: via Tisbury Row (unaffected length) - Jobbers Lane - Station Road - The Avenue - Court Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 16 September 2019 and the closure will be required daily until 17 September 2019. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: B) C299 (Part), Donhead St Andrew and Sedgehill and Semley; from its junction with Berry Wood Lane for a distance of approximately 300 metres in a southerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out water mains replacement. Alternative route: via Berry Wood Lane-Bartholomew Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 26 August 2019 and the closure will be required until 30 August 2019.
